  2. What’s the difference between full, partial, and day-of coordination?
    Full Planning covers planning from start to finish (logistics + vendors + timeline + execution). Partial Planning (Design + Décor) focuses on your wedding look and feel—style direction, décor planning, and design guidance. Day-Of Coordination is for couples who’ve planned the wedding and want a pro to run the day.

  3. What’s included in Day-Of Coordination?
    You plan it; we run it. We step in before the wedding to confirm details, build/refine your timeline, coordinate vendors, and manage the wedding day so you can be fully present and enjoy it.

  4. When do you start working with us for Day-Of Coordination?
    Typically, we begin in the weeks leading up to the wedding to gather details, confirm vendors, and finalize the plan for a seamless day.

  5. What’s included in Partial Planning (Design + Décor)?
    Partial Planning is design and décor focused. We help you define your style, create a cohesive design plan, guide décor details and selections, and help ensure the design is executed smoothly.

  6. What’s included in Full Planning?
    Full Planning includes end-to-end support: planning strategy, vendor sourcing and guidance, design/logistics support, timeline creation, and full coordination through the wedding day.

  7. Do you help with wedding design and styling?
    Yes—especially through Partial Planning (Design + Décor), where we provide style direction, design guidance, and décor planning to create a cohesive look.

  8. Do you create a wedding day timeline?
    Yes—every couple receives a detailed timeline so everyone knows where to be and when.

  9. Do you manage vendors on the wedding day?
    Yes. We communicate with vendors, manage arrivals and setup, keep the day on schedule, and handle issues behind the scenes.

  10. Do you attend and run the rehearsal?
    Rehearsal coordination can be included depending on your package and needs—ask during your consultation.

  11. Do you provide vendor recommendations in SWFL?
    Yes—we can recommend trusted vendors in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, and Bonita Springs based on your style and budget.

  12. Do you work with my venue’s coordinator?
    Absolutely. We collaborate with your venue team so responsibilities are clear and the day runs smoothly.

  13. How much do your services cost?
    Starting prices: Day-Of Coordination $1,500, Partial Planning (Design + Décor) $3,200, Full Planning $5,000. Final pricing depends on your wedding details and needs.

  14. Do you offer custom packages?
    Yes—if you need something in-between, we can create a custom proposal.

  15. What’s required to book?
    A signed agreement and retainer are required to reserve your date.

  16. How do we get started?
    Send an inquiry and we’ll schedule a consultation to recommend the best package for your needs.
